Return conditions

Is your package not to your liking? How annoying! Of course we want to solve this for you quickly. You can return a product within 2 weeks of receipt. Our return service is possible for products that meet the following conditions:

  • The product is complete, in original condition and undamaged, no scratches on the glasses etc.
  • The product has original labels, tags and/or cards.
  • The product is (if possible) in the original undamaged packaging.
  • The product is unworn and unwashed.

How long do I have to return my order?


According to the right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to consider your return after receiving your package. Once you have registered the return via the form or via email address info@eagle-bril.nl, you have another 7 days to return your package to us.


Can I try on ordered products before returning them?


Of course you can try on the products you received. Please note that you do not wear them [and that you do not remove the labels on the lenses]. If we see damage or wear that shows that more has happened than just assessing the product, we will reduce the amount you get back by the reduction in value that this causes.


What are the costs for returning my order?


Returns are at your own expense and can be made with all common shipping services, such as POSTNL, DHL, DPD, UPS etc.; and can start from around 6 euros.


What happens when I have returned my order?


Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will process it within 7 days at the latest. We will send you a message within that period when you will receive your money back.


How long does it take to get my purchase amount back?


As soon as we have received your return package, you will receive the purchase amount back within 14 days at the latest. We may wait to refund until we have received the return. The amount will be credited back to the payment method you selected when ordering.


Which products can I not return?


For hygienic reasons, these products are excluded from our return service if the following applies:


  • Clearly used storage bag
  • Clearly used and worn glasses (lenses), e.g. scratches


The following products are also excluded from our return service:


  • Custom-made or personalized products;
  • Gift vouchers and cards.
